Job Details:

• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Work 1:4 weekends with 12-hour shifts
• One overnight call from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM for trauma call
• Specialty team call scheduled per team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)
• Minimum 3 years Level 1 trauma experience required
• At least 2 years of operating room experience required
• Must be competent in robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, nephrectomies, ureteral reimplants, hysterectomies, cystectomies, colpocleisis, hysteroscopy, and ureteroscopy
• Experience required in General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular procedures
• Must be comfortable with patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics
• 1:1 patient ratio in 26-bed operating room unit
• Work with equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot
• Epic EMR system used
• CNOR certification preferred
• Hospital-issued teal scrubs required
• Must demonstrate flexibility, accountability, timeliness, and teamwork
