• Contract speech-language pathology position at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
• Provide speech-language pathology services to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
• Work with patients requiring speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
