Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour days per week with variable schedule
• Provides 3 days off per week for outdoor recreation activities
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans for various diagnoses
• Focus on improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Work at outpatient clinic location in Silt, Colorado
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado required
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3-5 years preferred
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required
• Must complete CAPS requirement through Colorado system
• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from facility
