OR RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

CHRISTUS St Vincent Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room in Santa Fe, NM. This is a full-time travel position with a 91-day assignment starting July 20, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Day shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
• Weekend requirement: Yes
• On-call requirement: Yes
• Floating requirement: Yes
• Weekly pay: $2,323.20

Your Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial patient assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
• Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
• Develop and implement individualized, measurable plans of care within established nursing standards
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and patient outcome evaluations
• Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures
• Delegate unit work assignments and coordinate team assignments based on patient and unit needs
• Function as a resource to visitors, physicians, and staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current New Mexico RN license or compact state license
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
