Opportunity:

OT - Therapy Rehab

Job Details:

• Perform diagnostic assessments and prepare and implement treatment plans for occupational therapy services
• Provide professional occupational therapy services for the full range of cases within the scope of habilitation and rehabilitation programs
• May provide all occupational therapy services for a unit, center, or facility
• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
• 7 days per week departmental coverage with operations from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 5-day work week with possible 1 weekend day schedule (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
• Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hours
• No guarantee of hours or shift preference
• Must have Hawaii license by start of assignment
• Minimum 2 years work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults: Acute, SNF, rehab hospital, or outpatient
• Primary experience in SNF rehab required
• BLS certification required
• Work with EMR - Meditech system
• Must arrive the Thursday before start date to attend employee health appointment on Friday
