SLP Job in Nashville, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a speech-language pathologist (SLP) for a travel position at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. You will provide specialized care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a full-time role working three 12-hour day shifts per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and deliver therapy for pediatric patients from birth through adolescence
• Perform feeding and swallowing assessments for children with complex medical needs, including dysphagia, tracheostomy, and traumatic brain injury
• Administer video-fluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) and collaborate on diagnostic findings
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and nurses
• Document patient progress and clinical outcomes using electronic medical record systems
• Participate in discharge planning and educate families and caregivers on therapy objectives and progress
• Support rotating on-call weekend coverage as needed

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Tennessee SLP License or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Pediatric feeding and swallowing experience
• Experience working in a children's hospital setting
• NICU training required
