PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:

• 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other 3rd weekend required
• 2 years of recent experience required
• Travel experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• CPI certification preferred
• Maryland compact license or MD license required
• Charting system experience with Cerner
• Required skills include: Cardiac Telemetry, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of dysrhythmias, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry, and Wound Care/Wound Vac
• Caring for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
