<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Special Procedures Tech - IR Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4 10-hour shifts with call coverage<br>• 1:1 patient ratio providing specialized interventional care<br>• Work in 3 angiography labs (2 dedicated IR labs and 1 hybrid OR)<br>• Team-based approach with 3-4 person teams including 2 technicians and 2 RNs<br>• Operate specialized equipment including IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream<br>• Use EPIC Cupid documentation system<br>• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS<br>• Critical care and angiography/IR experience required<br>• ICU/ER experience needed for patient care<br>• Must have critical care drip management skills<br>• Experience with stroke and trauma care required<br>• Perform procedures including Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, and Trauma cases<br>• Dress code: Navy blue and black for technicians<br>• Work with high acuity patient population in Level 1 Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center environment</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This is a 612-bed healthcare facility that serves as the region&#39;s only Level I trauma center and children&#39;s hospital.
