MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center is seeking an RN for our Telemetry unit. You will provide direct patient care on a fast-paced med/surg telemetry floor, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients recovering from medical and surgical procedures.

Compensation:

Weekly pay: $2,007.72

What You'll Do:

You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to telemetry patients, including post-operative monitoring, medication administration, vital sign assessment, and cardiac rhythm interpretation. You will collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safe transitions of care.

Schedule Requirements:

This role operates on an every-other-weekend schedule and every-other-holiday schedule. Your three 12-hour day shifts provide structured hours while maintaining flexibility across the week.
