<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology department as a Radiology Technologist<br>• Perform neuro-interventions, angiograms, embolizations, IR procedures, biopsies and other ancillary procedures<br>• Work in biplane suite with nursing staff performing procedures and ancillary procedures in the Imaging department<br>• Operate GE Biplane Suite / Mac Lab equipment<br>• Use Meditech EMR system<br>• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios in procedural area<br>• Schedule includes 4 ten-hour shifts for scheduling convenience<br>• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees<br>• Required to wear black scrubs per department dress code<br>• Must have Critical Care Experience and Interventional Radiology Experience<br>• Preferred experience includes Neuro IR Experience and Trauma IR Experience<br>• Work with 8-10 staff members including 5 Techs and 5 RNs on day shift with on-call coverage for night shift<br>• Must be willing to learn, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain energetic attitude</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is a Level II Trauma Center and comprehensive stroke center with 309 bed capacity.
