X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday
• Surgery experience required as there is surgery coverage during evening hours
• Minimum 1 year of experience in radiology specialty required
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Operate in a 2-room radiology department
• Perform extensive range of imaging procedures including portable procedures, trauma cases, operating room coverage, emergency department support, and various contrast studies
• Float to other units as needed based on census requirements
• Complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of receiving login information
• Must be more than 100 miles from any facility location to be eligible for full rate
• Orientation occurs every Monday
