Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Indianapolis, IN

You'll work in an outpatient physical therapy setting at Indiana Clinics, treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. This is a rapid response crisis coverage position offering 5x8 day shifts at $2,336 weekly for 91 days, starting May 4, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Seeing approximately 11 visits per day to meet productivity expectations
• Performing evaluations and assessments for durable medical equipment needs
• Conducting fall risk assessments and DME authorization and documentation
• Managing cases and screening/building your caseload
• Treating orthopedic conditions such as ACL tears, back pain, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements, and various musculoskeletal disorders
• Providing neurological rehabilitation for conditions including MS, Parkinson's disease, vestibular disorders, and concussion management

You'll use the NextGen electronic health record system and conduct all compliance, billing, and assignment management through the ShiftWise Flex platform. Business casual dress code is required.
