<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Outpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in outpatient physical therapy setting treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations<br>• See approximately 11 visits per day to meet productivity expectations<br>• Previous physical therapy experience preferred<br>• Business casual dress code required<br>• Use NextGen electronic health record system<br>• Perform case management and screening/building caseload responsibilities<br>• Conduct DME authorization and documentation, fall risk assessments<br>• Treat orthopedic conditions including ACL tears, back pain, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, joint replacements, and various musculoskeletal disorders<br>• Provide neurological rehabilitation for conditions such as MS, Parkinson&#39;s disease, vestibular disorders, and concussion management<br>• Handle evaluation and assessment methods for durable medical equipment needs<br>• Position classified as rapid response crisis coverage<br>• All compliance, billing, and assignment management conducted through ShiftWise Flex platform</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This outpatient physical therapy clinic specializes in comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients across multiple age groups.
