X-Ray Technician Job in York, ME

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technician) for a 91-day travel assignment at York Hospital and affiliated walk-in care facilities in York, Sanford, and Wells, Maine. Position Details

• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (40 hours weekly), 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekend call rotation required
• Potential for varied shifts including days, evenings, and overnights (if CT trained)
• Assignment start date: August 31, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,898

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams with an emphasis on quality and patient safety
• Operate imaging equipment at the main hospital campus and seven walk-in care facilities
• Travel between multiple assigned locations as needed
• Provide patient registration and clerical support to walk-in care teams
• Deliver compassionate patient care in fast-paced clinical environments

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Registration
• Maine Radiologic Technologist Licensure
• BLS Certificate
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital-based radiologic technology experience
• Flexibility and willingness to work at all assigned locations

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Bone Density imaging
• Fluoroscopy experience
• C-Arm operation
• CT imaging (available at main hospital and Wells location)
• Portable Radiology expertise
