Job Details:

• Work evening and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Washington State License required
• Must be registered, registry eligible, or certified by the NBRC
• Must be a graduate of an approved school of respiratory care
• EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Responsible for safe and effective administration of medically prescribed medications, including knowledge of indications and contraindications
• Administer therapeutic modalities including Nebulizer, CPT, Flutter Valve, CPAP/BiPAP, and High Flow treatments
• Set up and monitor all oxygen and aerosol administration and maintain oxygen cylinders in proper carriers
• Perform all aspects of artificial airway care including deep blind tracheal suctioning
• Operate measuring devices including pulse oximeter, Wrights respirometer, manometer, cuff/pressure gauges, and oxygen blenders
• Responsible for setup, safety checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting of mechanical ventilators
• Familiar with CPAP setup and administration
• Maintain accurate and legible records and document clinical notes in patient charts
