PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Monday through Thursday shifts from 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Friday hours from 7:30/8:00 AM until 40-hour weekly requirement is met (shorter day)
• Float requirement to Aspirus Ironwood Outpatient Clinic
• On-call requirement of 1 weekend per month with possibility of low census and being placed on call
• Call-back minimum of 2 hours
• No holiday rotation required
• Patient population includes outpatient and inpatient mix across the lifespan from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Specialties include orthopedics (post-op TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurology
• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with Physical Therapy Standards of Practice
• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements
• Charting and documentation performed using Epic EMR
• Casual professional attire required (no scrub color requirement)
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS
• Michigan State Physical Therapy licensure required
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required
• New graduates will be considered
• Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
