Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling with ability to schedule your own patients and blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Primarily outpatient care setting with occasional assistance covering inpatient acute care
• Potential for early intervention cases
• Very rare occasional weekend on-call shifts required
• No holiday requirements
• Treat approximately 8-10 patients per day
• Common diagnoses include developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
• Pediatric and adult patient experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Some pediatric experience required
• Charting system: EPIC
• Dress code: Scrubs or business casual
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Colorado PT license or compact PT license required
• Must be available in state for week of orientation
• Must reside within 60 miles of facility and valid driver's license must be submitted
