Physical Therapist Job in West Plains, Missouri

Ozarks Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week home health contract in West Plains, Missouri. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend, call, or floating requirements.

Your Role

• Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of 8–11 patients per day, depending on travel time
• Maintain a 60-mile radius service area
• Work alongside one other therapist on staff
• Document patient encounters using Meditech EMR system
• Receive mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate

What We're Looking For

• Current Missouri state PT license (PT compact privileges accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in home health physical therapy
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with home health treatment protocols and patient documentation

What You'll Wear

Royal blue unit scrubs are required.

Schedule Flexibility

The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If your preference differs, a Tuesday–Friday arrangement may be negotiated depending on facility needs.
