Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• Work 36-hour work week with day/night rotation
• Care for patients from birth through 18 years of age
• Provide care in a 19-bed integrated unit with varying acuity levels
• Work in 5 PICU beds, 7 step-down beds, 7 med-surg beds, and 1 treatment room
• Dual experience required in PICU and hematology/oncology
• May be assigned to critical care unit or hematology/oncology based on census
• Must be comfortable working with smaller team of 4 PICU RNs per shift
• Care for wide range of diagnoses across 23 pediatric specialties
• Extensive experience required in caring for pediatric cancer patients
• Must be well versed in all pediatric cancers and therapies
• Familiarity with EPIC's Beacon platform required
• Must be comfortable with varying patient complexity and acuity levels
