CT Technologist Job in Laredo, TX

Join Laredo Medical Center as a CT Technologist on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three days per week, earning $2,102.40 weekly.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Conduct basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, and C-arm procedures
• Provide OR imaging services and timely diagnostic services to inpatients and outpatients under radiologist direction
• Operate Cerner EMR system and CT equipment with knowledge of system processing and cross-sectional anatomy
• Manage studies with or without contrast media following surgical and sterile procedures

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional credential or equivalent
• Current ARRT registration (American Registry of Radiologic Technology)
• Texas Medical Radiologic Technology (TMRT/TMB) license
• CT scanning registration
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Residency requirement: must live greater than 50 miles from facility
