Physical Therapist Job in Sidney, MT

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment in Sidney, Montana. You will work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, providing direct patient care and collaborating with an experienced clinical team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM). Flexible start and end times available to accommodate a 36-hour workweek (options include 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
• Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week with a guaranteed 36-hour minimum
• Weekly pay: $2,628
• Assignment start: September 21, 2026

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations (1 hour allocated per evaluation)
• Deliver daily treatments (45 minutes per session)
• Treat orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries
• Receive referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and acute care teams

Team Environment

You will work alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team that includes four physical therapists, two occupational therapists, and a speech therapist. This setting provides strong collegial support and opportunities for multidisciplinary case discussion.

Qualifications

• Therapy degree (Physical Therapist credential required)
• 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
