Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Fargo, ND

You'll work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at The Meadows on University in Fargo, North Dakota, for a 13-week assignment beginning July 20, 2026. This is a day-shift position in a rehabilitation setting where you'll play a direct role in patient recovery and functional improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering rehabilitation services to patients
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision and direction of the PT
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises designed to restore strength, mobility, and function
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals using established techniques
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and outcomes
• Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment

What We're Looking For

You hold a Therapy degree and are credentialed as a Physical Therapist Assistant. You work well under the direction of a licensed PT and have strong communication skills with patients at varying stages of recovery. Your ability to encourage patient compliance and adapt to individual needs is essential in this role.
