NICU Registered Nurse Job in Memphis, TN

You will provide direct patient care in a Level IV NICU setting at Le Bonheur Childrens Hospital in Memphis, TN. This is a day shift position working 3x12-hour shifts per week for a 91-day assignment beginning May 18, 2026. You will earn $2,203.20 weekly.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level IV environment
• Care for well babies and serve as a resuscitation nurse for deliveries as needed
• Float between like units and campuses within a 20-mile radius as required
• Work weekend coverage as needed; weekend block schedules may be considered
• Work 2 out of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) if they fall during your assignment

Your Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or valid compact license required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience (strict requirement)
• NICU Level IV experience is mandatory
• At least 1 completed previous travel assignment required
• You may be a first-time traveler if you have 3+ years of nursing experience
• BSN preferred
• Cerner experience preferred
• Compliance with NLC guidelines; no pending licenses accepted

Additional Requirements

• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of assignment application

You will work in a specialized pediatric hospital setting dedicated to neonatal care. Weekend availability and holiday flexibility are essential for this role.
