Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Lebanon, MO

Mercy Hospital Lebanon is seeking a Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 29, 2026.

Role Overview

You will deliver direct patient care in a hospital outpatient department setting, working with patients who have orthopedic conditions, general deconditioning, neurological conditions, vestibular disorders, and other diagnoses. You will maintain a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio with 45-minute appointment slots, allowing time for comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5x8 day shifts: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend hours or on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,482

Requirements & Credentials

• Current Missouri state physical therapy license
• BCPR certification required
• Flu vaccination required from November 1 through April 1

Workplace Details

The facility uses EPIC electronic medical record system. You will work in a professional environment with flexible scheduling available. Dress code is black scrubs or business casual attire.
