PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with one weekend every six weeks
• Shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Cover both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units as needed
• Patient ratios of 12:1 for acute care and 4-5:1 for inpatient rehab
• Perform evaluations and treatments for patients
• Work with safe patient handling equipment and standard rehabilitation equipment
• Document using Meditech system
• Rehab tech support available on unit
• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Acute care and rehabilitation experience required
• Required dress code: Eggplant colored scrubs
