ICU RN Job in Denver, CO

HCA HealthONE Rose in Denver is seeking an RN for its ICU. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 4x12 schedule, with self-scheduling available. You are required to work every third weekend and one major winter holiday.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care across the ICU with patient ratios of 2:1 for standard ICU patients, 3:1 for step-down status patients, and 1:1 for very high acuity patients. You may float to Telemetry and other affiliated hospitals as needed. Your clinical responsibilities include intubation, central line insertion, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, vasopressor IV drip titration, and ventilator management. You will care for patients with sepsis, arrhythmias, and medical/surgical critical conditions.

You will work with Hospira IV pumps and Meditech EMR systems. A minimum of one year of current acute care hospital ICU experience is required. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIH. Cardiac experience and CRRT experience are preferred.
