Travel: Physical Therapist OP (4x10's - Days)

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM (4x10 hour shifts - Days)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Must have 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience with outpatient and neuro experience required
• Specialty focus on Outpatient & Neuro rehabilitation
• Work with outpatient rehabilitation patients
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only) and Virginia license
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Dress code requires black scrubs following facility dress code policy
• No float requirements
