RN - Radiology

Job Details:

• Day/Evening/Night rotating shift schedule
• Floating, holidays, and weekend shifts required
• On-call, callback, and charge responsibilities per unit needs
• Provide pre-procedural preparation and post-procedural recovery care for interventional radiology patients
• Provide 23-hour care and overnight observation for IR patients boarding pre or post procedure
• Work within a multidisciplinary team serving inpatient and outpatient populations across all age groups
• Care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds
• Experience with GI post-procedural care preferred but not required
• Medical/surgical and telemetry experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of registered interventional radiology nursing experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• New York RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) and ACLS (American Heart Association only)
