Telemetry RN Job in Orangeburg, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Telemetry at MUSC Health Orangeburg. You will work the night shift (3x12, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM) on a newly built 10-bed unit designed to deliver quality care to adult and geriatric patients with common medical conditions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Care for 5–6 patients per shift in a team structure of 2 RNs and 1 tech
• Monitor patients using bedside telemetry monitors with blood pressure and pulse oximetry capabilities
• Interpret dysrhythmias and respond to telemetry alerts
• Float within scope to support facility needs as required
• Provide 24-hour orientation to the unit
• Chart in the Epic system
• Work every other weekend (non-negotiable)
• No on-call requirements
• Facility may call off one shift per two weeks

Requirements:

• Current RN license (SC or Compact)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in Med-Surg/Telemetry care and dysrhythmia interpretation
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Community hospital experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome

• Weekly pay: $1,814.40
• Shift: Nights (3x12)
• Royal blue scrubs required
• From June through November, you may be called upon to assist with emergency response team duties during hurricane season
