Physical Therapist Job in Odessa, TX

ContinueCARE Hospital at Medical Center Odessa is seeking a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation services. This is a 6-week contract assignment beginning June 28, 2026.

Position Details

• Day shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• No weekend scheduling
• Weekly pay: $2,448
• Inpatient rehabilitation setting

Requirements

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Basic computer skills and word processing knowledge
• Ability to follow written, oral, and diagram instructions
• Problem-solving skills in standardized clinical situations

Your Role

You will provide direct inpatient physical therapy services to patients in the rehabilitation unit. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and document patient progress according to facility protocols and regulatory standards.
