<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - OR</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM<br>• 36 guaranteed hours per week<br>• 1:4 weekend rotation required<br>• One overnight call shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM for trauma call<br>• Specialty team call scheduled per team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho)<br>• Minimum 3 years of Level 1 trauma experience required<br>• Must be competent in Robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, Nephrectomies, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomies, Cystectomies, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopies, and Ureteroscopies<br>• Must be comfortable treating patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics<br>• Required experience in General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, and Endovascular procedures<br>• 1:1 patient ratio in 26-bed operating room unit<br>• Work with Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot equipment<br>• Epic EMR system experience required<br>• CNOR certification preferred<br>• Teal scrubs issued by hospital<br>• Proof of flu vaccination required<br>• Must demonstrate flexibility, accountability, timeliness, and teamwork</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates as a Level One Trauma Center providing comprehensive surgical services across multiple specialties.
