PCU RN Job in Corvallis, OR

Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will provide direct care for acutely ill patients who are moderately stable but at elevated risk for instability. This is a day shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care through advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions in a progressive care setting
• Manage patient care for those requiring close observation and support during acute medical episodes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (required per College of American Pathologists standards for moderate complexity testing)
• PCU experience preferred
• Basic EKG experience preferred
