Telemetry RN Job in Hartford, CT

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit in Hartford, Connecticut. This is a 90-day travel nursing assignment beginning June 22, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring. You'll work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans while maintaining accurate documentation of all patient care activities and progress.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3 shifts of 12 hours per day (36 hours per week)
• Every other weekend schedule
• Weekly pay: $2,316.60
• 90-day assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to telemetry alarms and rhythm changes
• Assess and record vital signs and patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care activities and monitor progress toward clinical goals
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout hospitalization

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
