Cath Lab Technologist Job in Aventura, FL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, supporting a five-room cardiac catheterization laboratory. This is a 91-day travel assignment running from June 22, 2026, with a 4x10 day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Your Role

You will maintain a 1:1 patient ratio during cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures. You will assist physicians and nursing staff by preparing equipment, managing supplies, and monitoring patient safety throughout each procedure. You will document all activities using the Meditech system and work alongside unit secretaries and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the lab.

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Current CVL Tech certification
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Familiarity with specialized catheterization lab equipment
• On-call availability as required

Surgical scrubs are provided by the facility. You will receive weekly pay of $2,628 for this backfill position.
