Cardiology RN Job in Larkspur, CA

CAM Larkspur seeks an RN to join the Cardiology team on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work full-time at 40 hours per week on day shifts with 8-hour shifts and no holiday requirements.

Your Role

You will support patient care across multiple areas: the Cardiology Clinic, EP/Afib Clinic, and Testing Center. Your responsibilities include:

• Provide pre- and post-operative education for Cardiology and EP procedures
• Educate patients about cardiovascular conditions and treatment options
• Triage patients' physical symptoms and arrhythmias appropriately
• Cover RN duties in the Testing Center and Cardiac PET CT Imaging procedures when needed
• Participate in Transition of Care Management for discharge medications and instructions
• Review daily lab and test results, physician tasks, and clinical worklist assignments
• Collaborate in a team environment to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

You must hold a current California RN license and maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of two years of cardiovascular clinic experience and/or hospital nursing experience is required. Two years of experience in critical care or a cardiac inpatient unit is preferred, as is two years of experience with telemetry monitoring. A BSN degree is highly preferred.

Requirements

All required immunizations are mandatory, including MMR, flu, and COVID-19 vaccine with booster.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,628. The assignment begins May 26, 2026.
