ICU RN Job in Smyrna, TN

You will work as an RN in a 16-bed Intensive Care Unit at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of June 29, 2026.

Shift and Schedule

• 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend scheduling requirement
• Float in rotation with full-time staff and other travelers

Clinical Responsibilities

You will care for patients with a 2:1 ratio and manage advanced critical care skills, including:

• Ventilator and sedation management
• Medication titration
• Procedures such as trach placement, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion
• Patient experience standards using AIDET, communication boards, and medication teaching

Equipment and Systems

You will work with GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis medication dispensing, Drager ventilators, and Meditech documentation. Tech support is available on your unit.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving, and positive attitude
• Charcoal gray scrubs required

Compensation

Weekly pay is $1,839.60.
