ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ED

Job Details:

• 36-hour day shift position working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with every other weekend and holiday requirement
• Variable weekend hours
• No call requirements
• No float requirements
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of Emergency Department or Critical Care experience required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Patient ratios of 4:1 to 5:1
• Work with Emergency Department patients including behavioral health cases
• Unit operates within a Joint Commission Certified Stroke Center
• Flexibility required due to ongoing construction and workflow changes
• Team-oriented approach with emphasis on excellent communication and documentation skills
• EMR system: EPIC
• Equipment: Standard emergency care equipment
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI, NIHSS
• Education modules required through education department
• Scrub color: Any solid color; professional attire required
