ICU Registered Nurse Job in Glens Falls, NY

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Every other weekend schedule required
• 3 years of ICU/CCU experience required
• Minimum 5 years RN experience required
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed
• EPIC experience required - must note proficiency level on profile
• Travel experience required
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
• New York nursing license required with current Nursys verification
• Must complete training from Welle (Verbal De-escalation bundle) or CPI for onboarding
• 14 panel drug screen required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required
• Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color with no designs or cartoons, no hoodies permitted
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted, must be noted at upload
