RN - Med Surg Tele Float Pool

Job Details:

• Float pool position covering medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician direction
• Utilize nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Direct nursing support staff in patient care delivery
• Follow standards of nursing practice and departmental policies
• Required certifications: ACLS, stroke certification, and telemetry certification
• Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
• Multi State Compact RN License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Graduate of accredited nursing school required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty area preferred
• Knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and current practice methods essential
