PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide home health physical therapy services to patients in their homes
• Weekend rotation schedule required
• California PT License required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA or American Red Cross)
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Home health experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (average 1-5 hours)
• Provide comprehensive PT assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement home exercise programs
• Work with various conditions including post-stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, spinal conditions, and neurological disorders
• Utilize adaptive and assistive devices for patient care
• Conduct gait training and mobility assessments
• Provide patient and family education on safety and injury prevention
