RN - ER

Job Details:

• 3+ years of ER experience required
• TNCC or ENPC certification required with documentation
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Michigan nursing license required
• Every other weekend schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Deliver quality nursing care through utilization of the nursing process
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions
• Direct, coordinate and delegate activities to foster patient/family centered care
• Maintain personal responsibility for quality patient care and patient satisfaction
• Follow clinical interview process with quick decision timelines
