Physical Therapist Job in Gulf Shores, AL

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at BMPT-Gulf Shores, AL. This is a travel position lasting 88 weeks, starting July 20, 2026.

Schedule and Hours

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed weekly with expectation of up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval before hours are worked

Clinical Expectations

• Productivity target of 60 visits per week
• Patient load of 12 to 14 patients daily
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is standard practice
• No floating to other clinics required
• Option to work at this clinic or a neighboring clinic within the Travel Team

Experience and Qualifications

• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• New graduates accepted
• PTAs will not be hired for this role

Compensation

Weekly pay is $1,938.30.
