Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide unit-level nursing care and supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Required to wear royal blue scrubs
• Work in medical surgical unit providing comprehensive patient care
