Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 48-hour night shifts over a 13-week assignment
• 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Patient ratio of 35 patients for days, nights, and weekends
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• 2 years of experience required with travel experience highly preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, RRT
• Must have experience with Epic charting system
• Extensive skills required including aerosol setups, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, arterial blood gas interpretation, intubation assistance, tracheostomy care, bronchoscopy assistance, and various respiratory medications
• Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard document deadline: Noon CST Wednesday prior to start date
• Local radius restriction: 110 miles (local candidates not accepted)
