Med Surg RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Join Lake West Medical Center as a Registered Nurse on our 45-bed medical-surgical unit. You'll deliver direct patient care on a team-oriented floor that combines traditional medical-surgical nursing with telemetry monitoring, working three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Your Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients across the unit
• Monitor 28 telemetry beds and respond promptly to cardiac rhythm changes
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6, depending on unit census and acuity
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case management, and other healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize virtual nurse assistance available hospital-wide to support your workflow and patient care decisions

Scheduling

You'll work an every-other-weekend (EOW) and every-other-holiday (EOH) schedule, giving you predictable time off to balance work and personal commitments. Night shifts run 3×12, providing flexibility and consistency.
