Telemetry RN Job in Tucson, AZ

You will work as a Registered Nurse in a Telemetry float pool position at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 13-week travel assignment with flexibility to support multiple departments across four facilities.

• Schedule: 3x12 day shifts per week, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week cycle
• Patient Ratio: 6 patients per RN
• Weekly Pay: $1,971
• Start Date: June 22, 2026

As a float pool RN, you will provide direct patient care across multiple departments and facilities, requiring adaptability and strong clinical judgment. Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with Arizona Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in clinical decision-making
• Delegate and prioritize patient care activities and supervise assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Document care and communicate with the care team using Cerner EMR

Requirements:

• Current Arizona RN nursing license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR systems
• Any color scrubs acceptable
