Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 3x12 schedule with 8-week contract
• Weekend coverage required: 4 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
• Self-scheduling available
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• 2 years of RRT experience required
• Adult critical care and emergency department experience required
• RRT or CRT license required
• Maryland license required in hand
• BLS certification required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Work with all patient age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required skills include aerosol setups, BiPAP/CPAP, arterial blood gas interpretation and drawing, emergency department support, ET tubes, mechanical ventilation weaning, and tracheostomy care
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs
• Must be comfortable proceeding without a manager interview
