<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM<br>• Schedule of 3 shifts per week (3x12)<br>• Every other weekend required<br>• No call or float requirements<br>• 2 years of experience required<br>• First-time travelers accepted<br>• RRT or CRT certification accepted<br>• DC state license required<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions<br>• Provide respiratory services including ventilator management, high flow therapy, BiPAP, aerosol treatments, and chest physical therapy<br>• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations<br>• Experience with preferred equipment including Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, Evita XL, Viasys Vela, and Maquet U ventilators<br>• Skills include adult critical care, bronchoscopy, emergency department procedures, extubation, arterial blood gas interpretation, and tracheostomy care management<br>• Complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing<br>• Two supervisor references required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major medical center is a leading healthcare institution providing comprehensive medical services and advanced respiratory care.
