Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Physical Therapy Assistant</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• ASAP start date available<br>• Caseload includes both inpatient and outpatient therapy services<br>• New graduates and pairs welcome to apply<br>• Must be licensed as Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of SD or a compact state<br>• BLS certification issued through American Heart Association required<br>• Must complete competency exam within one year of start date with 80% passing score<br>• Joint Commission Core I, II, and III training required within one year with 80% passing score<br>• Skills checklist must be completed within one year of submittal<br>• Pre-employment physical required within past 12 months<br>• Drug screen and background check required<br>• Various immunizations and health screenings required including TB testing, MMR immunity, Varicella immunity, Hepatitis B immunity, COVID vaccination, and seasonal influenza vaccination<br>• Must enter time in system no later than noon CST every Monday</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization is redefining rural healthcare by closing gaps in healthcare delivery for communities and teams.
