Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Float to Medical/Surgical unit as needed
• Weekend requirement depending on needs of unit
• Patient ratio of 5:1 for both days and nights
• Provide acute inpatient and acute hospital rehabilitation care
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Handle approximately 40 visits per day
• 24 hours of orientation required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), CA RN license
• Must have 2 years of nursing experience
• 7-year work history verification required
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• May float to other locations if census is low on home unit
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
• Skills include acute rehab care, blood product administration, central line care, diabetic teaching, wound care, and various specialized nursing procedures
