<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4 x 10 hour shifts with call on weekends and nights<br>• 9 hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays<br>• On call hours on a rotational basis, usually 8-9 shifts per month<br>• 30 minute response time required from time of page<br>• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, IEMA<br>• Previous cath lab experience required<br>• Pediatric experience preferred but not required<br>• McKesson cardiology PACS experience preferred but not required<br>• Job duties include scrubbing, monitoring hemodynamics, and circulating<br>• Work with 6 suites/labs handling 10-15 cases per day on average<br>• Handle cath lab procedures separate from IR and EP<br>• Use EPIC EMR, PACS and McKesson systems<br>• Scrubs provided by hospital<br>• 3-5 day orientation period<br>• No floating requirements at this time<br>• Must maintain active IL license<br>• Must pass drug screen as part of drug-free campus policy</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This major medical center operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory with 6 suites providing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures.
